Native CTWA: deterministic attribution for Click-to-WhatsApp ads
Leads from CTWA ads are attributed using Meta’s own click identifier, with no website required.
Follow the releases that widen lead source attribution, close the loop with Meta and Google and make your Kommo operation simpler.

Beyond Meta (CAPI), ByteCapture now sends the real conversion back to Google Ads via Enhanced Conversions.
New analysis screen with the click, Kommo lead and returned conversion funnel, all aggregated server side.
Full history of launches, improvements and fixes.
The person clicks the ad and lands straight in the conversation, never visiting your site. ByteCapture receives the click identifier along with the message, matches the right lead in Kommo and enriches the record with campaign, ad set, creative and real UTMs. Attribution stops being an inference and becomes deterministic.
Connect your Google Ads accounts, pick the Kommo pipeline and stage that represents the sale, and ByteCapture sends the conversion event back to the platform, tied to the original click. The algorithm optimizes for who buys, not just who clicks.
See acquisition, audience, sync rate and the full funnel in one place, aggregated on the server so it stays fast even with high session volume. Filter by period, link and source.
The signup form now asks for the right fields per country: CPF or CNPJ in Brazil, NIF or Tax ID abroad, with postal code and address validation. Billing is still processed by Central Bytebio, with invoice issuance.
A guided flow connects the number directly through Meta, subscribes the webhook and enables click identifier capture. Your account stays yours, and your existing Kommo integration keeps working.
Both messages used to be always appended. Now each link has its own mode: replace (default) uses only the link message, and append keeps the previous behavior. With no message on the link, the button message is always preserved.
When the lead already exists in Kommo, there is no new creation to match against the click. By pointing to a reactivation date field on the link, ByteCapture recognizes those returns and attributes the correct source, applying the same pipeline and source filters.
The whole panel, the documentation and the public forms now ship in Portuguese, Spanish and English. Each form can also have a fixed language, independent of the visitor’s language.
Records stored in UTC were displayed with an offset in some time zones. Sessions, leads, invoices and history now show the correct date and time for whoever is looking at the screen, in any country.
Crawlers and automatic link previews no longer create sessions. Your monthly quota reflects only real human interactions, and reports stay cleaner.
